Shipping and Delivery


We ship worldwide and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find our processing times, delivery estimates, tracking info, and what to do if anything goes wrong.

Processing Time

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery time depends on your location and local carrier speed:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

  • Shipping fee: calculated at checkout or free over $69.99

  • Any shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your parcel using your tracking number:

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after you receive your tracking email.

Carriers

We use trusted shipping partners and local carriers for final delivery. Your parcel may be delivered by a local carrier in your country once it arrives.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.

If you notice an error, email us ASAP at support@lomulusa.com and we’ll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, you may be charged customs duties or import taxes. These fees are set by your local government and are not included in our prices.

Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, don’t worry — it can happen.

If your order is:

  • Delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or

  • Marked as Delivered but you haven’t received it,

Split Shipments

In rare cases, items may ship separately (for example, due to stock availability). If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details.
