Try Lomulusa at home for 30 nights. If it’s not the right fit for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

This guarantee exists so you can experience Lomulusa without pressure or risk.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@lomulusa.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • The product should be returned in reasonable condition

  • In most cases, the item will need to be sent back once the return is approved

If your return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions on where to send it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a replacement, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.
